1. PROMOTER

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

3. COMPETITION PERIOD

The competition opens at [12pm 21.01.26] on [21.01.26] and closes at [12pm] on [30.04.26] (the “Competition Period”). Entries received after the closing time will not be valid.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 To enter, eligible participants must fully complete the Promoter’s survey available at [https://bishopsgate.formstack.com/forms/bgleavers_survey] during the Competition Period.
4.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE

5.1 One (1) prize is available: a £100 voucher. The retailer/brand of the voucher will be selected by the Promoter.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
6.2 The draw will take place within [7] days of the closing date.
6.3 The winner will be notified using the contact details provided in the survey within [7] days of the draw.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

The prize will be delivered to the winner within [7] days of successful verification and confirmation of delivery details.

8. PUBLICITY

By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name and/or county for reasonable promotional purposes related to the competition, unless they object in writing.

9. DATA PROTECTION

9.1 Personal data provided when completing the survey will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
9.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to administer the competition or deliver the prize, or where required by law.

9.3 Responses from the competition will be analysed and data may be shared internally for training purposes and shared externally for example on social media however personal information will never be shared and responses anonymised.

10. LIABILITY

10.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize.

11. GENERAL

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
11.2 The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
